Listing is for 1 new tank bib with pocket only. The first image is the tank bib you will receive. The second image is an example of one of our bibs on this type of motorcycle. This image is intended to show what our tank bib for this bike looks like installed and the options may vary from the listing. These are also available with studs, check our other listings. Tank bib installs under the chrome bezel and to the tank mounting bolt under the seat. The pocket is sewn on and opens accordion style to hold smaller objects. Our pocket measures 3.25 in X 7 in and expands roughly 1.5 inches. This tank bib is hand made from black marine grade simulated leather that will withstand the elements very well. It is mold/mildew resistant and crack resistant down to -20F. This material is very soft and supple, ideal for applications such as this. It can be wiped cleaned with water or any material cleaner/protectant and no special maintenance is required. We conducted extensive testing on this material and after a year of solid exposure to outdoor weather it showed little to no signs of aging. To protect your paint, we sew the item together with a soft backing. It is quite soft and does an excellent job of protecting the tank. Many tank bib manufacturers use felt backings but we feel this is a cheap material that does not do an adequate job. In contrast, this material will not break down upon exposure to the elements and has done very well in testing. We use bonded polyester thread, also manufactured here in the US. Polyester thread is ideal for this application because of how well it holds up over time and its fade resistant qualities. We are a family owned and operated business and quality is important to us.
